Assurance of Raw Material Quality
We source our raw materials from esteemed steel mills such as Baosteel and Tsingshan, which are subject to warranty and PMI checks to ensure quality. Adherence to material specifications is ensured through stringent PMI and other inspections.
Oversight of Production Process
Cold rolling, cold drawing, annealing, pickling, and surface treatment are included in our seamless pipe manufacturing. Each stage is monitored by advanced equipment and competent engineers, who maintain detailed photographic records. Throughout production, process cards provide precision and traceability.
Quality Assurance prior to Shipment
Comprehensive inspections are carried out by our committed QC team, encompassing appearance, PMI, size, quantity, among others. Tests including mechanical, hardness, ultrasonic, eddy current, and hydraulic are conducted. Third-party evaluations (SGS, TUV, BV) are also accepted, and secure packaging and container reinforcement are utilized to protect goods during transit.

What is Annealed Pickled Surface?
The surface pickling process of stainless steel pipes involves treating the surface with an acidic solution, such as sulfuric or hydrochloric acid, to remove impurities like oxides, oil residue, and welding scales. This method cleanses the surface, eliminating oxide layers and providing a cleaner and smoother appearance to the stainless steel surface. This treatment enhances the corrosion resistance of the pipes and makes them more suitable for various applications, such as in chemical industries and oil processing. The pickled surface of stainless steel pipes typically exhibits increased luster, improving both the quality and appearance of the pipes.
What is the advantage of stainless steel?
Stainless Steel is a high alloy steel that resists corrosion. It has a beautiful surface and does not need to undergo surface treatment such as color plating or painting.
The most basic characteristic of stainless steel is its resistance to rust under atmospheric conditions and corrosion in various liquid media. This characteristic has a direct relationship with the chromium content in steel, the presence of chromium makes the steel surface to generate a layer of invisible film, which can prevent oxidation, so that the material "passivation" or corrosion resistance.
